Luke's Italian Beef

luke's is an expierence not to be missed! We frequent there often , as my husband loves the Chicago style food.As usual he got an Italian combo which is served on your choice size sub roll( 4 in.& 6 in. ) its served with a generous portion of roast beef which has been dipped in their famous Italian aujus and a large plump Italian sausage.you have your choice of condiments and toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, various cheeses and more.also served with a pickle spear.he always gets a side of aujus to dip his sandwich in. I usually have a meatball sub(excellent!) but this time I chose a cheeseburger , as did my brother. The burgers were cooked to perfection and served on a toasted roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and that great pickle spear We ordered one order of crispy fries to split 3 ways, there's plenty for at least 2 to 3 people.There was a line as usual, but these guys are pros and we got our order in less than 10 minutes.They are fast and efficient here. They have to be to get all those orders out so quickly.If you go , you'll see how busy this place gets, but as I said, don't worry you'll have your food in no time.
