The food is good, service is dependant upon stafffing and how busy they are. It's a nice clean place, comfortable to wait if you have to.

I have always loved good breakfast food. I took my daughter to breakfast at IHOP and we felt like we had to roll out of the doors. The food was so good that neither one of us wanted to leave anything behind. We kept telling each other "this is the last bite" and then couldn't actually stop eating until the plates were clean. The portions were large and the flavors wonderful. I absolutely love the syrup varieties on the tables!
