We went to lunch and we had a nice lunch until we seen a roach crawling on the wall. I was so grossed out I jumped out of my seat for them to not find it. Also, they didn't even give us the lunch for free. I can't believe that they wouldn't have done that considering that the probably have them in the kitchen as well. Gross!

I am a Weight Watchers member and as such must watch what I eat. My girlfriends and I meet once every few months to catch up and have found that Olive Garden offers the best variety - diet or not. I always get the soup and salad. They do have a low fat version of their salad dressing (upon request) and the other girls never mind. In fact most can't even tell.
The service for a party of 15 chattering girls is never a problem with them. We have always had gret, on-top-of-everything service. None of us drink alchol but I order an italian soda from the bar and I have never had any problems with that. Their restrooms are always clean and the people are friendly. I love it for lunch. Romantic dinner? not so much. - Order: All you can Soup, Salad and Breadsticks

It doesn't get any better than this. The Olive Garden is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to, and I hit this one every time I am in Phoenix.

A great Italian place to eat. The price is good and the food is even better. I've been going to Olive Garden since I was a kid and I can't think of anything bad to say about the place. There's something for everyone.

I've always loved the Olive Garden salad. It's the best I've ever found, not just in Phoenix, but country wide. It's just the right mix of greens and not swimming in dressing. This time out I had the stuffed Rigatoni with Sausage and it, too, was to die for! I actually thought about that meal for two weeks after, and I'm still dying to go back for more. Olive Garden surpasses most Italian restaurants I've been too, even the "authentic" mom and pop places.
The service was good, but not exceptional. I wasn't left waiting for anything for long, but for some reason, the waitress didn't stand out in any way, good or bad. - Order: Stuffed Rigatoni with Sausage

Me and my family had a wonderful experience, I have been to Olive Garden before many times, but I haven't been to this location in about 2 years. The food was amazing and my Kids ate the shrimp cocktail like it was going out of style. Our waitress was alittle busy talking to friends that were eating there and wasn't very attentive to our needs though.

We've been to this Olive Garden before but this was our best experience by far. Our waiter was attentive and refilled beverages when they got low rather than asking and then taking forever. He arrived with extra breadsticks in hand when we were low and asked if wanted more rather than asking and us never seeing him again.
The food was out to us very quickly and arrived hot. It contained much more seafood (scallops and shrimp) and sausage than we thought it would have. The seafood and sausage lasted until the pasta was finished rather than just being a bunch on top for show. The scallops were mildly sweet and the shrimp was not "fishy". Portions were large, as usual. An excellent night out that was fast, filling, and tasty!
- Order: Diet Coke, water, Seafood fetticini, Stuffed rigitoni with Sausage
