Smokin'joe's Ribhouse

My review is for the Smokin' Joe's on Moberly Lane. It took about 15 minutes after we were seated to have anyone come to our table--finally, the hostess just came and took our order. That should have been the first clue as to the experience we were going to have. After our food came out (cook staff brought out food--not waitress as she was non-existant), we finally saw a waitress ONCE. She proceeded to ask us if there was anything we wanted as she was going to go out and have a smoke break (nice). Um, note that she had done NOTHING at this point. Well, she never came back. We did not get ONE drink refill, etc. We sat there and sat there, finally just got up and took ourselves to the front to pay for our meals. I was not happy to say the least with our experience. When I told the check-out ladies, they just looked at us like we were from Mars. They did not apologize or offer to deduct anything at all off of our ticket, or for that matter even call a manager over, etc. We won't be back to the one on Moberly that's for sure!!!

The staff is always friendly, the food arrives in no time, and the food is tastey! I love this place!
