Joeys Only Seafood

Every time I have visited this place I get poor to non-existant service. They have had various young girls serving tables that obviously have little to no experience or guidance and when they leave the owners fill-in, but are lack-lustre.
I have taken advantage of the all-you-can-eat Tuesday special a few times and most of the time never get a second order due to lack of attention on the server's part. I have even been there and seen them try to force a second piece of fish on diners that didn't want it while others went unserved.
If only they would pay more attention to the dining side of things - the food itself is good and the prices are fine. The current owners are not flamboyant or creative enough to be great hosts - they need a more outgoing person standing at the entrance.
